The European Data Protection Board introduce a new coordinated enforcement framework for 2024

After controls carried out in 2022 on cloud and in 2023 on the appointment of a DPO, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) rolled out a new coordinated enforcement framework for 2024.

This year, the European data protection authorities will control the conditions under which both private and public entities manage the exercise of access rights of data subjects.

This announcement is in line with the priority themes identified by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) for 2024, among which minor’s data, Olympic games processing, dematerialized sales receipts and data subjects’ access right.
