Emma Liogier

Emma practices at Momentum Avocats in the areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, and design law), unfair competition, passing off, and new technologies law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Emma holds a double degree in Law and Art History (Panthéon-Assas University and Sorbonne University) and a Master’s degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from Panthéon-Assas University . During her studies, Emma completed an exchange program at Bocconi University in Milan, giving her the opportunity to approach law from an economic and international perspective.
Before joining Momentum Avocats, Emma developed her skills during several professional experiences, particularly within the legal department of Chanel and the international law firms August Debouzy and Linklaters.
Alongside her studies, Emma was selected as one of the five laureates of the 2023 APRAM Prize dedicated to geographical trademarks.
