Hermien van der Vynckt advises French and international companies, both in advisory and contentious matters, on protecting their intangible assets, securing their business operations, and representing them in disputes before civil and commercial courts.

His practice primarily focuses on the value creation and protection of creative works and innovative technologies for a diverse client base operating in sectors such as software, cryptocurrencies, media, consumer goods, luxury, and advertising.

Hermien van der Vynckt has developed strong expertise in digital law (including AI, IT contracts, personal data and cybersecurity), intellectual property law (including copyright, trademarks, and software anti-counterfeiting enforcement programmes), and commercial law (including unfair competition, parasitism, and the structuring of distribution networks). He also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the French Trademark Office (INPI) and the EUIPO.

Hermien has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017. Prior to joining Momentum Avocats, he has practised for nine years at the law firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
