Yesterday, Julie Carel and Hermien van der Vynckt had the pleasure of representing Momentum Avocats at the event organized in Bercy by the Directorate General for Enterprise (DGE), in partnership with the INPI, the French Tech Mission, Bpifrance, and the Institut Mines-Télécom.

Julie Carel participated in a panel discussion on the legal challenges of AI, alongside Victor Barré (INPI France) and Jeanne Blain (Directorate General for Enterprises).

Minister Anne Le Hénanff closed the day by offering a positive assessment of the dynamism of the French AI ecosystem and highlighting the Osez l’IA initiative to encourage companies to integrate AI solutions into their operations.
