Jeanne Roussel assists French and foreign companies both in contentious and non-contentious matters in the sector of intellectual property (trademark, copyright, design), IT and new technologies law.

Jeanne Roussel has developed her experience in litigation matters especially in intellectual property (trademark, copyright, designs), economic law (unfair competition and passing off, brutal rupture of established commercial relationships), press law (defamation) and protection of personality rights (image and privacy), in particular on digital platforms. She also intervenes in administrative proceedings before the French Trademark Office (INPI) and the European Trademark Office (EUIPO).

Jeanne graduated from the Master 2 General Private Law and the Master 2 Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law of the University Panthéon-Assas.

Jeanne has been admitted to the Paris bar in 2019. Prior to joining Momentum Avocats, Jeanne has practiced for four years in the law firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
